Employment Tribunals - A Practical Guide( June 2008:Second Edition): Manley and Heslop :The Law Society

This book updates the previous edition which was brought out to coincide with the introduction of the statutory dispute procedures in 2004. It provides case law updates and predicts the issues which will change or remain with employment law practitioners following the repeal of the statutory procedures. Tribunal practice and procedure is also fully updated with recent case law developments.

The Adviser's Toolkit (Legal Action Group 2007)

This book offers a range of tips and tactics for giving effective legal advice for advisers, whether or not legally-qualified. It provides a comprehensive guide to all key advice giving skills. It underpins the recently published National Occupational Standards in Legal Advice and provides useful practical guidance on all aspects of client care and legal advice skills

Discrimination in Employment : Law and Practice : 2006

As with our Tribunal book, we write guidance to the conduct of a discrimination claim through the Employment Tribunal system, using a fictitious but not too fanciful case study as a working model. The book incorporates all the latest case law development in discrimination law and employment tribunal practice as well as on the statutory grievance procedures
