Discrimination in Employment : Law and Practice : 2006
Together with Isabel Manley I have contributed to this Law Society publication ( July 2006). As with our Tribunal book, we write guidance to the conduct of a discrimination claim through the Employment Tribunal system, using a fictitious but not too fanciful case study as a working model.
