I have provided employment law training for a number of organisations. A snapshot of my recent training experience follows:-

Some feedback:-
When the employment law statutory dispute procedures were introduced in 2004 I set up a training unit with Catherine Rayner, an experienced employment law practitioner at Tooks Court Chambers, specifically geared to update employee advisers in the procedures and their legal and practical operation. We obtained Law Society CPD accreditation and trained for a wide range of employee advisers running both public and in-house courses, over a period of three years.
I have also done private client training for a local authority in Sussex.
I have also designed Equality and Diversity training for the Bar in conjunction with The Legal Action Group, and designed and delivered diversity training for the Law Society and for Rights of Women.
As a trainer I feel it is particularly important that participants are not only given the latest law up dates but acquire knowledge and skills by an interactive process and in a practical way.
My documentation includes power point, case studies, workshops and role plays as appropriate. Participants are involved by reference to their own workplace employment law issues and experiences. This is in addition to providing extensive notes with full up-to-date case law and statute references. Feedback from participants is consistently positive as outlined above.
