This is the Home Page of 'elawtraining'- the website of Elaine Heslop, a freelance trainer and consultant in employment law and related issues. I have successfully operated as a freelance since 2004 following eighteen years' experience as a practising Solicitor and Solicitor Manager. I have also continued to develop my teaching and practice skills in the field of employment law in a number of areas since leaving full time practice.
This website will tell you more about my work experience and the feedback I receive from it. It covers my areas of expertise, namely-
I provide employment law training on a regular basis for a number of organisations. The courses are aimed at HR practitioners, managers and/ or solicitors or other legal practitioners.
As elawtraining, I have experience of working with organisations and as an individual consultant preparing bids for the provision of training in employment law and discrimination and diversity training.
